Woman this morning forgot to leave her nasty attitude and life problems behind when clocking in today. I just went in to drop off a package and I was waiting for the receipt and she was like “what?” I said “just waiting for my receipt” (every other employee knows to give a receipt) she blatantly rolled her eyes at me and said “I thought all you wanted was to drop off a package” like I’m causing such an inconvenience. It’s the same woman who completely ignored the one poor female employee who was working a line of 12 people about 2 weeks ago. I was in that line and watched her ignore her coworker 3 different times when she asked her to help get through the line of people. I was late for work after standing in line for 20 minutes so I left. I’ve had it with my local post office. I’m now going to drive 15 minutes out of my way for decent customer service.
Overall customer service was so bad, seemed like they didn’t care and didn’t want to help at all
Terrible customer service
I explained that I was not on the lease and he kept repeating that he would check with the leasing office the name change on the box. Incredibly frustrating and just did not listen,
I went to buy stamps this morning, they showed me the different sheets and I saw they had 8, so I bought 2. When I went home I saw there were stamps on the back as well and I had 40 stamps total, so I tried to return 2 hours later and they wouldn’t, no matter what I said they only answered with “all sales are final”, they should at least say that there are 20 stamps in each book.
The WORST experience talking to them ever! I was trying to explain to the gentleman on the phone regarding a name change on my mailbox and he sounded like he was hard of hearing and when I tried to give him my name and address, he hung up on me.
If I could give this place a zero I would. I do not understand how such rude and ignorant people work at all let alone a post office. If you have a choice do not go here. It's not difficult to be courteous or better yet just do your job and don't say anything. That would work as well.
Extremely, Extremely slow processing period. Took almost 2 hours to process passports requests for only 2 families.Only one post office worker was doing it while the other three workers were not doing much, just standing there.
