Bought a car from J.D. I am on a tight budget and needed a car that won't need repairs. He showed me some of their value cars that they guarantee won't break down and would fit my $4000 budget. Its been some time now and the car hasn't been back and thats what i needed. The car is not cosmetically perfect, but it runs great and has been very dependable. I would recommend this Dealership to those looking for an inexpensive car!!
Very pushy & rude saleswoman. Talks over you and doesn't LISTEN. If I say I want an automatic, stop showing me manuals. If I say I'm just browsing, don't ask me I'm buying today. And if you say you WON"T call my number, don't call me! So frustrating. This place just gave me a bad vibe. Ended up going elsewhere.
We bought a car from Steve and he was very helpful at finding a car within our budget and still met our needs and wants of a car. He was polite and really helpful overall. I recommend anyone looking for a car to check out this dealership!!
Terrible experience. We bought our son his first car here - they claimed to do a full check to be sure everything was running smoothly before we drove it home. Wrong. The next morning the car did not start forcing us to scramble to get our son to his job. It turns out the battery was 7 years old and died. Shame on us for not checking this ourselves but I really expected more. After informing our salesman of the situation on Saturday, he said he would talk to the manager and get back to us Monday to at least compensate us for the battery. In the meantime, I had to take 3 hours out of my Saturday to get it taken care of. Of course - we heard exactly diddly and squat after that.
